Erika is currently a Strategy and Policy Specialist at Enbridge Gas Inc.’s energy conservation group.  Her expertise in demand-side management/energy conservation spans a variety of areas including program management, strategy and policy development, regulatory reporting, and energy efficiency financing.  She is well known in the energy efficiency industry for pioneering low income energy efficiency programming for both the gas and electricity sectors in Ontario.
 
Erika served as a board member of the U.S. based Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) for the past six years, and was Founding President of the association’s first Canadian chapter.  Erika sat in several municipal, provincial and federal working groups to help advance energy efficiency programming and environmental sustainability.  She was also appointed as member of the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs’ Building Code Conservation Advisory Council (BCCAC) from 2016-2018.   Erika currently sits in the Programs and Grants Committee of The Atmospheric Fund.
