Lynne Anderson

Lynne Anderson was appointed Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) in October 2020. Ms. Anderson brings to this role deep knowledge and expertise in energy regulation and adjudicative processes, having been at the OEB for more than 10 years as both a Commissioner and the Vice President of Applications. Ms. Anderson has nearly 30 years in the energy sector in customer service and regulatory roles. Prior to the OEB, she was Chief Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations Officer at Hydro Ottawa. Ms. Anderson has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University.
