Mark is a Toronto based litigation lawyer focused on regulated sectors, representing consumer and stakeholder interests before courts, agencies, and tribunals. Mark has a significant energy regulatory practice, and frequently appears before the Ontario Energy Board representing clients in utility distribution and transmission rate applications, leave to construct proceedings, policy consultations, IESO market rules reviews, and a wide variety of other matters. He has appeared before the Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada on appeals and judicial reviews. Mark is currently the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Energy Law Section.
