EnerNOC Inc., an Enel Group CompanySarah is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at EnerNOC Inc., a leading provider of energy intelligence software and demand response solutions, where her primary responsibilities include market and governmental affairs in Ontario, Alberta and New England. She has over 15-years’ experience in North American electricity issues in both the private and public sectors, including working for a Minister of Energy and at a leading Ontario utility.
Sarah actively participates in several power-sector committees and associations, such as the IESO’s Market Renewal and Demand Response working groups, the Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance and the New England Power Pool Participants Committee. She was recently appointed to the IESO Technical Panel. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in politics from Queen’s University and a Master’s of Public Policy from the London School of Economics, specializing in network regulation.
