ADVOCACY
Policy development is the foundation of the OEA and it’s advocacy initiatives. Through member committee work, in-depth research, and meetings with industry leaders, government and regulators, the OEA is on the forefront of what is happening in Ontario’s energy sector.

NETWORKING
Acting as a bridge between business, government and other groups, the OEA helps to support common understanding of each other’s positions and interests by providing support and resources to help the energy community share information and make connections that enhance their ability to do their jobs.

EDUCATION
The OEA helps educate industry professionals, government and the media to bring clarity and balance to the complex issues of the energy sector. The OEA undertakes and facilitates research into energy matters of pressing and long-term importance to the energy community.
